The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia with the financial assistance from the IPA 2008 Social Inclusion Programme is seeking proposals which focus on support development of local community-based services for children with disabilities and their families thus:

(1)    Promoting social inclusion of children with disabilities and their families through provision of locally based social protection services;
(2)    Promoting the role of local authorities in delivery of community based services;  
(3)    Promoting efficient use of resources through clustering of municipalities/cities or towns and partnering with different stakeholders involved in provision of support to vulnerable groups.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 4 March 2011, 15:00 CET.

    -  Minimum amount: EUR 200.000
    -  Maximum amount: EUR 400.000
