Regional center for social economic development - Banat invited by Kikinda municipality, in the Cultural Center of Kikinda, on 11 and 12 March, held training titled "Project Cycle Management - writing projects and applying for funds from the Fund for Pre-Accession Assistance - IPA. Training was attended by 16 participants of local community of Kikinda, and other organizations, who in the course of two days took an active part in all aspects of training.

All participants had the opportunity to learn about the following topics:
   -New IPA approach
   -The application form, appearance, filling and clarifications
   -Access through the logical framework and forms of LFA
   -Project Budget
